Deep Diver
During the PADI® Deep Diver course, you'll learn how to plan deep dives, manage your gas supply and how to identify and manage narcosis. You'll learn about buddy contact procedures, safety considerations and buoyancy control at depth.
What’s the difference between the PADI Deep Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver courses? Advanced Open Water (AOW) allows you to dive down to 100 feet, and requires five different dives, including navigation and three additional specialties. The PADI Deep Diver is a speciality course ideal for those looking to venture into the depths beyond the 60 feet of Open Water and beyond the 100 feet of the Advanced Open Water courses. Above all, this course is for depth lovers. With this speciality, we will help you develop safe diving practices to comfortably explore at 130 feet below the surface!
